This is my current project. Dynasty/Unmasked era Gene Simmons. These WERE my old Peter Criss "Psycho Circus" boots, but I never really liked them. I bought them off eBay, once again REALLY cheap and had a 1"toe and a 3" heel, and rather than spend $150+ on a new pair of higher platforms, I decided to take them to work and add extensions.
So after finding some high density infusion foam with a 100kg crush point, I went to town, using epoxy, q-cell, polyester resin and an angle grinder, I now have 7.8 inch platform heels. These are the BASE BOOTS, which is why they're not finished really well, because they're going to have foam and fiberglass and latex rubber on them. watch this space. I like them! Comments? |
